Buying a duplex in Soldotna and living in it put me on target to be financially capable of pursuing anything I wanted! I want to help you to achieve that same dream of security and fulfillment. That's why I do this.

I wasted 5 years renting and trying out life because I was too intimidated to buy a house as a single woman. I had all the lack thoughts - I didn't think I made enough, didn't know how much it cost for a downpayment, and I was too worried to talk money with others. At 28, I finally bought my first home. Four homes later, we're ready to move again!

My handsome hubs and I live happily ever after here in Soldotna, Alaska and are managing our own short term AND long term rental. Not only is he a great lawn guy, but he makes a mean margarita!
